I have never had to adjust the pressure before (other bike is an 02).  What pressure is everyone running on early model bikes?

keep us updated.  I made a 100 mile ride two up and then checked the rear shock pressure (after dragging the center stand a bit. ???)  It had 12psi.  20-25 seems good for one up, i'm at 40 for two up (50psi max i think)

:motonoises:

Chris,

7 psi max on those old forks.... :-X

call Jimmie and ask him if he swapped out the springs, I believe he did, and installed progressives from Murph, if so, you don't need air.....
