The C14 smuggler will fit all years of the C14 (08 through 12), I'm not sure if there is a color difference though between the 09 black and 12 black? Maybe call Corbin for that answer...

Colorite does show different paint codes for the '09 & '12 blacks, the '09 is a Metallic Diablo Black and the '12 is Ebony Black.
