About an 1 1/2. I just got some. Too bad I didn't check here first. I love em. But adjustments can be tedious.

Shifter adjustment is trivial, but you have to follow Murph's directions on modifying the brake piston rod for the foot brake, or you'll never get the pedal low enough. I have a die grinder so it was easy to grind the rod down, but you could do it with a Dremel and an abrasive disk, or even cut it which would work too. Be sure to follow directions about running nuts up so you can run them down and dress the threads where you ground/cut it off. I took the threads on the flat part of the rod down almost all the way.
