Does anyone know where I can find the wire headlight bulb retainer clip w/o buying a whole headlight assembly?
 
If this is not available from a dealer as a service part, it is possible that a clip from another vehicle that uses the H4 bulb may work. For example, we had a 93 Sentra that uses H4 bulbs, and the clip felt similar to the Connie's clip. Did not get a good look at Connie's clip when I changed the bulb, thus my comment about it "feeling" similarly.

I may have one; my VFR had a busted headlight and I Ebayed another one. Shall I check? Anybody got a photo of the stocker clip? (Cause I ain't pulling a headlight if I ain't got to!) They're about all the same, aren't they?
 
Damn I shoulda stopped at a junkyard today while out riding. Oh well maybe tomorrow. Thanks Jenn, if I need it I'll let ya know, try the boneyard 1st.
