Any ideas on why my bike is dead? Installed new NOCO Lithium last summer. Rode her 3mths ago, no issues. Went to start her nothing. No lights no clicks black screen. Pulled battery checked 13.2v, should start at this voltage level? Put on float charger and charged to 18.8v. Have not yet reinstalled. 2016 C14
 
I think I'd carefully clean the ground connections around the battery as this is a known gremlin, Then I'd Put a VOM across the battery terminals and hit he starter .
Don't hook up the battery backwards, be careful here.
IF the panel lights up.
