I didn't notice it the first time I looked. What would you use a removable bracket for right there? EZ pass? Deer whistles? I really have no idea. And if either of them just happen to be correct. Why would you want to mount it there?  :confuse:

Since it's at the Pentagon, it's probably a mount for the "Pew-Pew" Laser for clearing the roadways of those pesky lollygaggers.  )
