Low end torque and Slip on exhaust

Moped
I'm getting ready to install my V&H CS1 on my 2011 C14.  I had not considered this till now, but will that can create a softer bottom end while adding a hair more top?  I read somewhere that it would.  I assumed as long as the header config of 4-2-1 remained the same there should be no difference in low end performance or possibly even better.

Just a slip on and no other changes should not affect hp or torque at all (other than removing like 17lbs).  Now if you add a Power Commander or ECU reflash you will see some performance benefits.
Pulling the flies and adding a PC is becoming a thing of the past with the ECU reflash, it can open your flies sooner acting like you removed them.  Also it will remap your A/F.
