Max lean angle

I have tipover bars on my '99.  Can of krylon black spray paint is kept in the garage in the event I obtain a 'shiner'.  Most often I'll see a scrape on the hiway pegs, but occasionally the lower corner of the tipover bars makes contact.  Anyone know what the resulting angle is from a bar scrape?
