Michael Arnone's 20th annual Crawfish Fest is the end of May and could make a great NJ get together. It is two days of the best Music and Food that Louisiana and New Orleans has to offer. Cajun, Zydeco, Delta Blues, New Orleans R&B, Brass, Gospel and Jazz on 4 Stages. Saturday and Sunday performances will be on the Main Stage, Jager Pavilion Stage, News 12 NJ Dance Hall and The Kids Stage. The News 12 NJ Dance Hall will feature Dance Lessons from 11 AM-Noon on Saturday and Sunday. Enjoy fresh Boiled Louisiana Crawfish trucked in alive, Crawfish Bread, Shrimp Creole, Crawfish Bread, Crawfish Pie, Alligator Sausage, Crawfish Po-boys, Jambalaya, Raw Oysters, Southern Fried Chicken and the other great dishes on the Menu.
