I ordered some 3528 SMD LEDs. The white backlight is kinda boring. I'm going to replace them with blue. Has anyone else done that? I've already got my spare cluster apart and ready for the new LEDs.

Tried it on my C-10 and it was much harder to see the display.
Now there's an opportunity to sell a product.
Install multicolor LEDs with a twisty knob to change the color as needed.

The color changing option isn't really feasible for a reasonable price. There would be a bunch of wiring that would have to be done inside the cluster. But that gives me another idea...
Why not remove the needles?

I don't have any interest, but if I did, I'd think $100 was a very good deal.
