sent my roadcrafter light back to duluth this week, they are going to add the upper body gusset so my winter layers dont bind in the shoulders, fix a few velcro pieces on the main zipper cover and patch the hole in the left leg where a hot exhaust got it.
and wash and re-waterproof the fabric.
This why I buy quality gear, warranty and service make or break a company selling premium gear and aerostitch does it really well.
I cant send a firstgear or tourmaster garment in for service from the people who made it.
it may take a while, but with the broken leg im in no hurry. if I didnt have a broken leg it wouldnt get sent back I would be riding in it. 4 years and 60k miles on the suit and aerostitch was like sure send it in we will take care of it. that is service.
