Tax Relief Ride March 30, 2013
Riding over to a small fishing village on Florida’s gulf coast is what it’s all about. Joanne Poole arranged an organized ride to Cedar Key titled the tax relief ride. Approximately twelve members participated in this year’s ride. You couldn’t ask for better weather or better company. It was a crystal clear day with little wind and temperatures in the 60’s. The group met up in Otter Springs and made the last 24 miles into Cedar Key. The smell of the salt air was evident when we rounded the last bend and crossed the salt marsh coming into the town. We topped of the ride with a great meal at Steamers on the water. Attached are some pictures of the group, their bikes, and gorgeous view of Cedar Key. Makes paying my taxes a little bit easier. Thanks Joanne, can’t wait till the next ride and time spent with great company.
