There's no "Hello (me)"

When I log in now, there's no "Hello Tour1" line, and no "View Unread Posts" under it, and no "View new replies" under that.
Everything else is working as far as I can tell, including notifications of replies if I had that selected, but I normally don't and didn't.
 
check out the far right side of the horizontal black header strip across the top of the page. click your arrow on the far right end to 'up'. I'll bet it's down.
