After you've got all the fluids topped, the clearances checked and the rubber changed at Steve's Oregon tech. session consider a scoot up to B.C. the following weekend for 300 miles or so of tire tuning. Yes, after an eight year hiatus, the long running and highly esteemed Tour B.C. is back. Arrive in Chase on Saturday the 25th with bedroll on board, settle in for an evening of barbecue (BYOM/B) and lively firepit banter (otherwise known as entertaining anecdotes and other lies) near the shores of beautiful Shuswap Lake. On Sunday morning, it's kickstands up by 9:00 for approx. 300 miles of B.C. riding. Anyone who has toured B.C. needs no more explanation than that. It's been too long gone.
