VIDEO: MOTORCYCLIST FALLS THROUGH RAILROAD TRACK AND GETS STUCK

Two people definitely trespassing on railroad property. I seriously doubt the railroad would give them permission to be in the gauge of the track, riding on railroad property. Then this guy decides to ride over a washout in his attempt to cross the viaduct. He obviously had little or no knowledge of what he is doing or he never would have rode over an older washed out tie secured only by spikes. He's lucky that he is not dead.
It would have been more interesting had a train come along and destroyed his bike. Of course that would be unlikely because of the washout. Either this line is not used much or there has not been a track patrol as of yet following a storm or just in the required time. Either way I'm sure they will sue the railroad for negligence. That is the norm with folks like this.  ::)
