Windshield mount

I am pretty sure they are.  99% sure.  On the 10 and 11 models, they just put the taller shield on. 
 
Yes. The 08-09 had a smaller stock windshield, with an optional taller windshield in the Kawasaki accessory catalog. That same optional taller windshield became the standard windshield on the 2010-11 C14's. So they are interchangeable.
