WTB Fuel tank in Sonic Blue

...because Sonic Blue is the fastest color.

Anyway, noticed rust bubbles cropping up on BOTH bottom edges of my tank.  I cannot paint to save my life so would like a blue one if possible.  Will consider another color too.

If someone knows how to * properly * repair this damage, I'd be interested in that as well.
