What about the ZX14 R forks

I had ZX14 forks on my 08 and 09 (Not sure if it was an R). The ZX forks are about 6 mm longer tan ZG forks. This required me to fit bar riser spacers so the risers would clear the top of the forks since I did not want my front end raised 6 mm.

Thanks Lather,

I have a 2011 C14, plenty of eBay options on the Z14R forks, and they’re ABS ready as opposed to machining the ZX14 models

Just trying to get some clarity on why the R models are not a direct replacement (length? Diameter? calipers?)

I'm not sure of any differences between them (ZX14/ZX14R), but you probably should be able to get on Ohlin's website to see if there's a part number difference for them. There might even be measurements for them as well.

Some of the later year models of the ZX14 had ABS as an option..... just saying, but you need to be aware that the mounting method for the ABS Sensor was different, as it had a different ABS Sensor than the C14 at one time. I know this, as I ran into and resolved it when I installed Ohlins ZX14 Forks on my 2011 C14.
